Management Feedback Systems, Inc opened in Santa Maria, California in 1983 to design and sell automotive shop management software to benefit independent automotive repair shops.
One of the first companies to computerize repair orders and all shop management functions, our software products were created by Mike and Barbara Lee who had extensive experience managing an auto repair shop chain.
From the original “DOS” system in the 80’s, to the windows platform of SuperFRED and the latest software version EasyRO, our shop software immensely improved the efficiency of automotive repair shop flow, administrative duties, and added numerous reporting capabilities which led to great success for thousands of automotive and fleet truck shops over the years!
